Decentralised residential ventilation with heat recovery

SmartFan® Pro BT

More efficient, quieter & more compact

Save energy with integrated heat recovery

Up to 69% less energy consumption thanks to smart heat recovery of 92% and noise-optimised airflow.

Wireless, quiet, efficient
SmartFan® Pro BT

The new generation of decentralised residential ventilation: ultra-quiet, compact and with smart Bluetooth control. Ideal for renovation and new builds.

Patented technology for maximum efficiency

The unique Infinity Air Technology combines four technologies – PreTech, VenTech, GripTech and RecoTech – for maximum performance.

Smart control for maximum living comfort

Intelligent sensors ensure fully automatic regulation of the ventilation systems. Control conveniently via app or control panel and keep an eye on the indoor climate.

Clever ventilation solutions from getAir®
With heat recovery in every room

Experience the new generation of decentralised residential ventilation with SmartFan® Pro. Even quieter and more efficient with maximum volume flow in the smallest of spaces. This advanced ventilation system features integrated heat recovery, enabling energy savings of up to 69%.

The silentAir ventilation duct disappears almost invisibly into the window reveal. Installation is possible with an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) thickness of just 80mm. Thanks to the innovative plug-in system, silentAir can be inserted into the reveal on either the left or right by rotating it 180°.

The SmartFan® X integrates elegantly and inconspicuously even into small rooms. It prevents unpleasant odours and high humidity in bathrooms, toilets and kitchens. A characteristic feature of the round small-room fan is the patented iris shutter. The module can be conveniently switched on and off via the light switch or other external switches.

The SmartFan® D is the inconspicuous roof solution from getAir for living spaces in the attic, which can thus be easily supplied with fresh air. The system is compatible with almost all pitched roofs and can be elegantly integrated both externally and internally. The SmartFan® D features a condensation drain – like all getAir systems.

The SmartFan® K with automatic sensors easily extracts damp and musty air from cellar rooms. This system prevents mould and achieves heat recovery of up to 92%. The stainless steel air outlet is located above ground level and blends inconspicuously into any environment.

The simple principle of decentralised residential ventilation and its advantages

During normal ventilation, heated indoor air escapes unhindered to the outside. At the same time, thermal energy is lost unused. This is precisely what decentralised residential ventilation with heat recovery prevents. First, the heat from the stale extract air is stored and only then discharged to the outside. A simple principle with high cost savings.

Fresh and healthy air despite an airtight building envelope

Prevention of mould growth by regulating air humidity

Protection of the building fabric against moisture damage

Hardly any heat loss thanks to heat recovery

Reduction of heating costs compared to window ventilation

Filtering out dirt, pollen and dust – ideal for allergy sufferers

Quality of living that convinces: Advantages of decentralised residential ventilation

A ventilation system is a real benefit, especially for allergy sufferers, as the supply air is cleared of up to 90% of pollen and dirt particles thanks to the electrostatic filter. The result: a noticeably improved indoor climate for breathing easy!

In the long term, the targeted control of fresh air supply has a positive effect on the health of the residents. Additionally, it is quieter to sleep with the windows closed, as the noise simply stays outside.

Security and protection, as a positive aspect of decentralised residential ventilation, are often underestimated. Never having to open windows for ventilation is actually an advantage. Consider the burglary protection alone and the worrying question of whether all windows are really closed – especially during holiday periods.
