Our shell installation set is ideally suited for the shell construction phase. The set consists of a mounting tube, two space-holders (for plastering) and an outside cover. During the shell construction phase, the mounting tube is glued into the masonry, and the two space-holders are put onto both ends. This way, the inside of the tube is protected from being exposed to a large amount of dust and dirt during the construction phase. As soon as the work on the facade is finished, the outside space-holder can be removed and replaced by the outside cover.
Our SmartFan final installation set consists of the fan unit, the heat recovery unit and the inside cover including the dust filter. When the inside work is completed, the single units can easily be pushed into the device, one after the other. As soon as the ventilator has been connected to the electronics, the inside cover, along with the dust filter, can be installed on the inside of the tube.
Our robust wall installation block is an indispensable installation aid for new constructions. This cuboid already has a 162mm hole and a 3% gradient for the condensation outlet. During the shell construction phase, it can simply be walled into the masonry at any previously defined position. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to drill a core hole. The wall installation block is made of the advanced insulating material Neopor and is therefore ideally suited for energy-efficient building methods.
With the sound insulation element, the sound pressure level of the already acoustically optimized getAir systems can be reduced by up to 20%. The volumetric flow rate and sound insulation can be variably adjusted during installation by means of the new sound insulation element. The sound insulation element consists of a ring with 3 chambers. Each chamber can be opened separately in order to react flexibly to volume flow and noise requirements. The thickness of the element is 80 mm and can be shortened as required, depending on the wall thickness.
For especially thin walls below 320mm including internal and external plaster as well as insulation, we can offer you our elegant outside covers, made of metal. These are available in the following colours: stainless steel, white (RAL 9016), and anthracite (RAL 7016).
Our pollen filter significantly reduces the amount of pollen and dust in your home. The combination of the electrostatic filter and a coarse dust filter in front make this filter especially effective. The electrostatic filter absorbs the dust particles passing by, without stopping the air flow. The coarse dust filter in front filters the coarse particles coming from outside in order to prevent the electrostatic filter from getting dirty too quickly and to make its high performance last longer. Due to the set-up of the two filters, the pressure loss is comparatively low.
